Algosystems runs cybersecurity as an operating service: monitoring, detection, and response for organisations that need a SOC without building one in-house. A platform licence is one input to that service. It is not the service.

What changes the outcome is who watches the alerts, which playbooks they follow, and how fast a confirmed incident reaches the people who can act. That is the difference between a dashboard and a managed SOC.

The useful question is not which logo sits on the console. It is who is accountable when the console lights up at 2 a.m.

For a Greek enterprise, that accountability has to sit with a team that already works across ICT integration, detection engineering, and the customer’s own change process. Tools still matter. They just do not replace the operating model.
